ShowSymptoms

All items were scanning at $0 on all the POS machines of a single store. See below screenshots.


ShowCauses

This was caused since the Store Price Group "ALL" was missing against that store card on the POS.

ShowResolution

The issue can be confirmed and resolved by performing the following actions:

  1. Open Microsoft Dynamics NAV at that POS machine.
  2. Check if prices are present against the item
    1. Go to Retail Items card.
    2. Double click on an item.
    3. Filter on the affected styles and go to Navigate tab on the ribbon.
    4. Check if prices are present in the Pricing section of he item. If not, follow the article to push the prices down to the POS machine.
  3. Check if Store Groups are present against the Store Card.
    1. Go to the Stores card.
    2. Double click on the store and go to Navigate tab.
    3. Click on Store Price Groups.
    4. Ensure that "ALL" Price Group is present per below sreenshot. if not, please add it.
