Overview
This report is typically embedded on the stores home page and provides the store with a summary of outstanding tasks including the total number of specific sub-tasks and the number that are over-due.
Criteria Form
Typically the store will not use the criteria report to view their tasks. Rather they will access task from this report embedded on their home page. However this form allows head office staff to view the task report for a specific store. The criteria form as the following fields: -
Field | Description |

Task Manager | Each task is assigned a task manager. This field enables you to view only those tasks for a specific task manager. Alternatively the All option is selected to show tasks for all task managers. When this report is embedded on the stores home page, this setting will be set to All. |
Start Date | When Outstanding Only is un-checked, these fields define the date range to show tasks for. |
End Date | |

Report
The report contains two levels. The level one summary report is shown below. It will only show a pre-set number of task items depending on a parameter (in this example 2). If more tasks exist, click the number link at the bottom of the report to display the next set of task items.
Click a task title to display the Level 2 Report. This report shows all sub-tasks for the item. Use it to check each sub-task as complete, and to add comments against each line as appropriate. Each sub-task has a due date, and if the sub-task is over-due it will appear as such on the Review Task Compliance Report.
The task does not register as complete until all its sub-tasks are confimred as complete and it's status has been changed to Complete by a store user who is a member of the the Sign Off Role. If you are not a member of the sign off role you will be unable to set the status to complete and the message "You need to be assigned a role with sign-off permission to change Status" will appear in the Status Field in the header.
Refer to the Maintain Scheduled Tasks for more information on sign off roles.
